The equipment maintenance is subpar, and the exercise cycles are in the worst condition, with seats that cannot be adjusted. The mats are in terrible condition, and there are no section of fresh and used mats available. The equipment feels outdated and old-fashioned. The presence of gym trainers near the gym section is scarce. Additionally, the gym has strict rules requiring gym shoes to be worn inside, even if you come with your own clean and hygienic shoes directly. However, they lack proper shoe racks or a designated area for changing shoes. The change rooms have an unpleasant odor and are hardly usable."

Worst gym there is no proper management here one of worst treating customers and there is no proper time management and also shouting and giving answers back on clients and customers. I am facing and Manu are facing the same mistake closing shutting down lights without informing client's worst experience with cult on my second day. I want you people to take strict actions against the watchman and who all are involved

Friendly and good trainers but very poor management. Overcrowded, equipments not maintained properly, washroom flush won't work on most days and no one seems to care enough. Poorly maintained.

I have been a regular at this gym for over a year now. If there needs to be a case study on 'how to ruin a good gym in one year', this would be the best one. 1. Utter lack of respect for time: Be it morning or afternoon, I don't know the number of times I have waited for more than 30 minutes for them to open the gym. As a matter of fact, it's 0610 now and still waiting, while the gym is supposed to be open at 0530. 2. Cleanliness: the men's room here is worse than that those public comfort stations at bus stations. Broken hand faucet has been broken for months now. 3. Poor maintenance: if something is broken it stays broken for ever. AC's don't work at times, stinky coz of not cleaning filters, remotes not to be found. Water not refilled. No re-racking of weights. At times, it such a mess that we need to clean up the mess before workout. 4. Trainers: Personally, I don't care, as I don't need them. It's their attitude that ticks me off the most. You ask them for anything, they just ignore. And most of the times, they look sleepy or depressed...lol 5. Closed to feedback: I have tried my best to talk to them to help improve. I give up. Hence the review!!!

This gym is only for girls, trainers train only women and you will find a trainer on the floor only if a girl is around. There was no water in 2 floors and none of them even responded after asked for water! If u bring everything u want then you can only workout as there is required equipment thats it! Very bad management!

Deteced a for washroom maintenance. Apart from that the ambience, matting and the equipment is fantastic.

Edit: All the mats were replaced in one week time after this, good job and I'm glad that you are listening to your patrons. equipment is fine, but the mats!!! They are just terrible to work-out on ,hope you change them soon

everything is just ok.. they just play some random English rap songs which just irritates your mood. some Indian music do good. a dedicated general trainer would do a whole lot of good to most.
