If you know basic things about diet and work out routines then this is the best place. Because it is not a good idea to expect everything from trainer. Equipment is good, weights of wide range are there. During non peak hours a/c will be turned off. Though they boast of steam bath , i never seen anyone using it. If you are the one who can doesnt need help from trainer or anyone to spot, this is nice place. Gym is nearly maintained. I went here for 3 months. Within 2km radius around U block this the best gym i found.

This gym has the most important asset Mr Sanjay who is a gym trainer. He is always on his toes to Guide the attendees in a correct way & make sure to put in an individual effort on every attendees so that person should not be feeling unattended at any given time. APart from this the gym has all the necessary equipments and a good workout space. It also has clean and spik and span well maintained restrooms. Add on Advantages that it's changing rooms are separate than lockers so one can have an easy access to both the areas simultaneously.

Perfect gym nearest. Gym trainers are friendly and professional. Mr Sanjay is always guiding the attendees very carefully & keep the conversation about fitness lit . Recommending techno fit to all who are looking for perfect place with equipment & caring people.

I have been a member of this gym for a year now. Here's my rating : 1. Equipment - 2/5 Nothing wrong with any of the dumbbells. The barbells are however, bent from the middle. The bench seat is rickety and has been that way for a year. Leg press machine is broken. The pulleys are usually fine on the tricep extension machines. A couple of times when they were not fine, I complained and it was fixed within a week. On the positive note, Treadmills are well maintained and are smooth to run on. This is not common for old machines but they've maintained the treadmill well. 2. Trainer - 2.5/5 There is just one trainer. If you're expecting a proactive trainer who will help you out without you asking for it and make sure your form is correct, join another gym. If you've been working out for years and just need somebody to spot you for heavy weights, you'll be fine. There are a lot of newbies I see in the gym who workout with HORRIBLE form. 3. Cleanliness - 4/5 This is one area they do focus on. Gym is cleaned daily and seems to be hygienic. Never used the shower or washroom much but they look OK. 4. Fees - 2/5 A little high priced for a gym this size. I'm used to working out in bigger gyms with half the fees but that was in Pune. You would be paying around 11-13K per 6 months. A little too high in my opinion for the facilities being offered. Overall, Not a bad gym to join since there aren't many in the locality provided you educate yourself on the workout techniques or have been working out for a while. Message to owner - 1. Please hire more trainers. Ask them to be proactive in helping people and not sitting in a corner waiting for somebody to come to them. 2. Please do something about the leg press machine. It has been months now! 3. Please fix the variable angle bench seat. It is VERY rickety.

They have the nearly all required gym equipment, along with well maintained cardio section, Nearly there is no trainer support as most of the time they are doing their exercises I recommend you only if you know on your whats your training schedule and how to do exercise. But the good thing is the gym is at the perfect place, you can park your vehicle, and the most important thing is the gym is at Second floor due to which fresh air is readily available, and most gyms in U block are in basements which have too much of humidity and very low ventilation.

Best Gym in U-Block, almost from last 6-years I'm a member of this Gym. Cybex_machinery which is good for joints. Also various range of weights. Due to the PT Transformation Prog. I have achieved the desired result. Mr. Mohit is a very polite guy and Receptionist also a nice guy whenever I asked for the spot either Trainer or Admin boy will provide me the support. Even from last 11yrs working in Cyber City and many Gyms are there also I have attended many Gyms before hitting to this gym but i feel the environment is very good for working professionals and Ladies.

I have been going to this gym for more than a year and i have a had great experience. The place is safe for women and the instructor and owner are soft spoken and decent. The equipment and overall environment is also good.
