I'm a student & I can say one word for this gym, the best gym you can have in this area, arun bhaiya is very poliye & humble person he guides me & gives best advice for my body. The best part of this gym is they don't allow any suppliment for clients, Arun bhaiya always says take proper meals on time & that would be enough for your body
The Good thing is Mr. Arun Yadav is always trying to improve the things regularly and he is very kind, humble eager to help. If you can avoid the rush hours which is before 9AM and after 6PM this place looks great in around 900sqft (100 Gajj) area. Otherwise it become so much overwhelming crowded. If you are new i would suggest always try to ask what should do and how instead of doing wrong exercise. They are helpful but you have to ask you cant get enough attention due to so much crowd. Over all its good and budget friendly so yea in this amount you can afford as compared to other gym, Yes male and female crowd is there in the 30-70 ratio.

Great place to workout . Almost all the equipments are available. Try to avoid rush hours like 6 PM . Very humble and friendly nature of trainers as the most important and obvious characteristic of a good trainer is the ability to communicate effectively . Both the trainers are great @Arun_sir and Gourav_sir . Especially @Gourav_sir is mostly available at my time he is very cheerful person , motivates you and will help you achieve your dream physique .
