Started the gym here recently and have a great experience. I have started the gym after a long gap. Sahil had been really encouraging and guiding me with the right exercises. Jitesh also has been very helpful in guiding me through the facilities.
Gym is good because it is associated with cult but trainers here are too arrogant and just are here to satisfy their ego. They don't even have concerns regarding their clients form whether they are doing right or wrong.
Pathetic gym. Don't waste your money on it it's not Cult fit its team core .... Worse management... Biggest problem is AC and general trainer.
The location of the gym is amazing, equipment is pretty good. I have been training here for a while and my experience has been fantastic. A shoutout to the trainers Sahil and Jetish for their integral inputs to my training regime and their knowledge about nutrition and training protocols is commendable. The house keeping staff especially Deepak do a great job maintaing the gym and changing rooms. I would highly recommend signing yourself up.
AC is a big problem with the gym nowadays.....AC not working for more than 10 days in a month in Delhi summer is criminal. Equipments are well maintained but cleanliness should be better. The instructor and staff are good but probably the owner is not taking the upkeep of gym seriously
Its a nice gym with well mannered staff. I joined a month back and my experience has been good. It is not like other lavish gyms, space is little crunched and gets crowded sometimes but if you select proper slot then that would not be issue. Equipments are in good shape. Air conditioning is okish specially in HIT section. There is a shower and changing room but it is small.
An average gym, main attraction is because its run by Cult. The equipment are fine but they take forever to repair, more than 2 months and with multiple excuses from the people at the reception. AC was not working even during peak summers making it impossible to workout, moreover the trainers keep changing frequently, so there's no stability.
No proper guidance,no training,you will wonder every day what to do next , most of the time there are no trainers/coaches and constantly they keep telling you to hire a personal trainer ....
