Teakwood Farms - Hotel in Wardha, Barbadi - Wardha, India

I have been to this farm house. This is one of the good farm houses near wardha. You can enjoy here with family for 1-2 days. Service is good , rooms are clean and neat. You can order food from them or outside also.

This place can evolve in to a very good property but unfortunately it needs urgent attention as it stands today. Location is right amidst fields and greenery and it offers an ambience of solitude and natural environment all around. The villa is very spacious but needs urgent maintenance (actually not a big job but finishing job) as there are several open holes in the false ceiling and open lamp points. Also, I understand we visited during the period of unprecedented rains in this region which resulted in some leak and fungus issues. Housekeeping lacked concern for cleanliness as there were accumulated dirt swept under the furniture and at corner of the room. Breakfast options of Maggie or Poha can be significantly improved. The food sourced from outside restaurant was good, pricing of mineral water at market price is a delight. Not having hot water in the shower was a bit inconvenient. The caretaker Rupesh was prompt and active but somehow slipped up on cleanliness in our case. Overall this can be a great property but it will need oversight specially for cleanliness and hygiene. While the rating of my experience is 2, I am giving a 3 only because I am encouraged by the positive attitude of the owner to get things right on priority.

Located close to city, its perfect for a family outing.

Went here for summer holidays with family. Beautiful place and big playing area and swings. Kids enjoyed in the baby pool but big pool is not there for adults. Room are spacious and neat. property is well maintained.

Large cottage room. Very clean. Nicely appointed. Very polite and helpful staff. This was also a great location for sightseeing right near the world famous Sevagram Gandhi Aashram. I enjoyed each and every moment that I spend here.

Best place to hangout with friends near Wardha city

It was a wonderful experience at Teakwood farms, it's affordable with all the facilities accept for food that you need to order. They have a mini swimming pool and if you are going in a group of 5 and above then it's the best place because the entire villa will be yours and will have complete privacy. It's a must visit place

I and my family had a very enjoyable time at Teakwood it's a very peaceful place with beautiful scenery away from all the hustling city crowd. They also have outdoor games. Highly recommended.
