I really enjoyed it..we ordered pizza, cottage cheese sizzler with exotic vegetables n green sauce and cappuccino...wit detox water bottles Dey served

Food was yumm;) pizza, chocolate overloaded waffle, manchow soup all was superb. Service was also good.

It's opposite Marc's n Spencer's, We went there to grab a quick bite... Place is huge but very oddly placed tables. food quality is good but didn't find it worth the money... Staff is good n helpful. Overall Very Okayish experience, won't be going again...

We ordered waffles but they were really hard and not at all fresh. Seemed like they were just heater from oven. Plus the quantity is also not good

I cant believe hygiene standards are taken so lightly in a well-known cafe. The manager himself was cutting NAILS inside cafe on the counter. I could see and hear him cutting nails, and I showed it another customer just to confirm what I saw ! While paying Bill, I confronted a sever of what I saw. Manager came to our table and acted as if nothing has happened. He asked me in very arrogant way if I have any issues. He was trying to act as if he doesn't know what we were talking about. Another customer also confronted him. He said sorry just to calm us down. I couldn't keep food in my stomach. I felt very uncomfortable. I hope cafe will try to follow basic hygiene standards.

A quite decent and peaceful cafe with decent food options and beverages here Located at the centre of hill road you can visit this place for tea coffee and some munchies too. They have good options in pizza and their chocolate milk waffle is really worth trying. Ginger tea served here is mind-blowing, will always suggest to go for tea over coffee. There's good space in the cafe meaning it's not congested and you may have a good peaceful time with friends.

The staff were courteous and sincere but they needed a LOT OF PROMPTS!! like small kids needing reminders to complete their tasks. For example, we were done with our food but the plates were lying unattended for a long time. Not that the attendants weren't around. They weren't attentive and were called couple times to get it cleared. - Second, the waiting time for the food to reach the customers seemed like an eternity. Okay sizzlers are understandable but waffles??! They took around 20 to 25 minutes to even get it to us. And that too after reminding them twice!! Wow. - I don't understand why wasn't there a water jug kept on the table? Many cafes have a jug kept on the table. Customers feel parched too you know! - Lastly the seating arrangement. Kindly change the table design especially when there are 3 people on a table and 1 of them happen to sit on the leg side of the table. It's inconvenient and lacks leg room. - I LOVED THE TEA They prepared phenomenal lemongrass tea, not over-boiled, crisp and was just right. Plus the side snacks of butter toast was simply brilliant. Excellent Thank you for the food but service can be much better.

One thing that I didn't like was the subpar service; the waiters are sluggish, answer hesitantly. It is true that this place is expensive. Typically, there is a wait time on weekdays and weekends, especially in the evening and at night. plan your visit accordingly. Conclusion: It is recommended that one visits this location at least once to enjoy their USP varieties of tea together with a range of delectable light meals and snacks for a delightful dining experience.
