We went for breakfast. We have ordered khichu, handvo, and masala tea. Handvo is ok but bit Khatta and Khichu is not good at all. Khichu is not cooked properly. And it was kachha.
Tea post usually never disappoints for food and even this time I ordered 5 times and all were good except Blueberry Iced Tea which tasted horrible and had no sugar and blueberry in it. And the service was extremely poor. We got our order after waiting for 45 mins.
Rating: 1/5 My visit to Tea Post today was incredibly disappointing. My mom and I had heard about their quality tea and decided to give it a try. We ordered two teas and paid Rs 64, but what we received was far from fresh. The tea seemed to have been sitting in thermos flasks for a while and was only luke warm. When we requested a replacement for the stale tea, we were shocked to be told that it would cost us Rs 104 for two fresh cups. While we were willing to pay the difference, the staff refused, claiming we had already sipped the tea. This lack of customer service was not only frustrating but also left a bad taste in our mouths, both figuratively and literally. We left the store without enjoying any tea, yet we were charged the full amount. The arrogance and complete disregard for customer satisfaction displayed by the staff were truly disappointing. Unfortunately, this experience has resulted in the loss of a lifetime customer. Needless to say, they've lost a customer for life. I wouldn't recommend Tea Post to anyone after this pathetic experience.
On today's Visit to your outlet,had really a Bad Experience! Ordered 1 Sandwich and 2 Masal Tea..! Got Tea after half n hour with 1 Follow ups , and after 1 hour when approached again to Your billing counter, Came to know that You had some confusion about sandwich and it was not even cooked, was instantly given back amount, If you people will Treat and Manage your customers like this then Only God can Help you out , With Such services being continued, It is most likely to get shut down.... ! Worst ever Experience! Will definitely not recommend anyone visit your Outlet !
They always burned handva. Whenever I order from swiggy or Zometo they always burned Handva and even when specially mentioned not to burn it and they make extremely spicy.
Great place to be at,superb hygine maintained,i loved it all be it coffee or sandwitch.
