Pathetic experience.Ordered masala chai and samosa,chai was delivered in ordinary plastic bag instead of flask and 2 burned samosas,after on call with Teapost executive the reason given there was no stock of flask hence the tea was delivered in plastic bag (paid Rs 120 for tea)like roadside tea stalls.got refund from zomata will not order in future

Very bad quality as while eating we got to see in veg puff there was a thread which while having came in the mouth. This is really disappointing as it is very dangerous.

No quality food.. uncooked veg puff was served.. over rated menu. No hygiene..oven used for heating food was not clean...

Excellent service. Keep it up tea Post staff.

Atmosphere and food service are osm. I will visit there again.

The worst upma served. I used to eat samosa n tea regularly. Staff has less courtsey to respond to feedback his response was aisa hi banta hai yeha

The quality and type of songs played throughout the day have drastically changed. Which is displeasing. Earlier songs that used to be played were secular nowadays regional language bhajan plays. Nothing against those songs but you don't go to any restaurant to listen to these songs.
