Great place, over-all ( though I have a few complaints). Enjoyed a year here staying with my TF birds and other friends.
Baught and taken possession last year in lake Grove kindly. It is a 2 bedroom semi furnished beautiful lake facing flat. Due to some personal reasons, I am not been able to shift to that peaceful area but hope to be there very soon. That's the best investment of my life.
Lake Grove a perfect destination for peacefully residing in Kundli within close vicinity of Delhi. The Lake adds glamour to the residential hub with musical fountains at its best can dance to your tunes after hectic days and weekends.
Poor facilities....no electricity, no Maintenance....quite similar to other projects of tdi ....
Pathetic is a short word to explain...All these 5 stars/4 stars reviews are fake..No electricity connections in their Panipat & Sonipat Societys from last 2 & 1/2 years, all roads are full of potholes, suitable for off road rides, no registration happening , no STP, Non clearance fr pollution board, no response from Management, even villages are better.
Light is an issue here. Specially with TDI bulder.
It's a terrible place to live or invest in. They haven't fixed the electricity back-up and sewage smell in the water in months. It's also falsely advertising amenities that are far from existent.

Dr Usha Bansal Ma'am is so supportive and very good Dr. She had given a nice treatment and advice during the whole tenure of my wife pregnancy. All nursing staff and administrative staff is also very skillfull and helping in nature.
