TDI CLUB RETREAT KUNDLI HOTEL - Hotel in Sonipat - Sonipat, India

One of the worst experiences I have ever felt. The management is not at all professional and extremely disinterested in serving. My request for twin bed was accepted, however, on arrival in spite of reminding them of the same, they gave a double bed while stating that it is twin bed. As we were tired, we had no option but to accept. We tried ordering pasta and pizza but it was not available. Therefore, we ordered Chicken Tikka Masala and Tandoori Roti, and the food arrived but without any plates to eat on. Thereafter, after repeated follow up we received the plates and when we were about to eat and opened the foil paper, we found that instead of chicken tikka masala they have sent chicken tikka. Now, after 1 hour of originally placing the order ,we are waiting for Chicken Tikka Masala to arrive, while the roti must have become cold. Therefore, it's not advisable to book here whereas, far far better options could be available.

Great property, poor management The facilities in the room were poor from old but washed towels, stained toilet seats, unlabeled toiletries, fan regulator without knobs and absence of mirror in the room. Complimentary food was horrible, bland and insipid. They did not provide tea or coffee or eggs. The items too were meagre for a rent of 3900/- per day. There was nobody to genuinely attend our complaint reg the breakfast.Our mood was spoilt. But the food for which we paid (lunch, dinner )was very good.

TDI Club is Quite Nice. Service are also good. Easily reach to club location near by TDI Mall, GT Road.

Amazing place for family meet-up, buisness meet and simply leisure.. Unexpected good food, they make us skip Rasoi one dinner.. Full marks to ambience, pool. Nearby park is add on if you team up your group for cricket match. I. Two days we spend 5 hours cricket there. Connectivity is super, ambience is more luxurious then it look up in photos

Unhygienic food and water which made me sick for 2 months I got admitted in tulip hospital sonipat, staff has very bad behaviour with no ethics, service is substandard like wifi(not working) housekeeping. The top management of the hotel is even worse than that.They don't even pay any kind of attention to our complaints.

Nice ambience, tasty food n good place to spend quality time with family n friends.

It is a club for Residents of TDI city, but non members can also visit to have lunch, dinner, brunch. Food is ok. Ambiance is good, but Air conditioning need to be more effective

Food is good. Ambience is very pleasent. Hakk noodles are very tasty. Soup is well prepared. Dahi kabab , paneer tikka is ok. Maincource not ordered. Last moment decision changed to go Gulshan Dhaba. May be by chance Airconditioning was not working. And DJ was not available. I kundali area this is ok.
