Worst hotel ever. The lady there at reception is ridiculous. We 3 people were there for ofc meetings in Mohali, we stayed there We confirmed over a call if they had available rooms,she said yes there are many rooms available. We were at the hotel in nxt 7 mins after our call n as soon as we asked for the rooms ..she denied that all rooms r now booked .. within just 7 mins. We were 3 people in need of 3 rooms. Somehow we got one room for the evening n then what we saw was ...many rooms were empty in the hotel but she didn't wanted to give the rooms as the hotel was expecting more money from us. We kept on asking the lady for rooms but she kept lying . Finally NXT morning we had to pay more n then we got 1 more room. I ll check my bill n will mention the name of the lady asap , she was rude , bitter , unprofessional.

Pathetic experience unsupported staff, charged for the rooms with city view but provided back side room. There is no cleanness in the washroom and room. AC and TV remotes not working properly, tata sky not charged. Bathroom shower is leaking and toilet shower not working. Unable to lock bathoom door. . Walls and curtains are in bad shape. Room changed on request but same condition in another room as well. Avoid to stay here as there are more better option.

Worst experience ever. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody even for free. They don't provide even the basic amenities. The wifi wasn't working, the TV wasn't working, the dental kit was out of stock, the breakfast was pathetic, and the list continues. Moreover, we waited for almost two hours for the room. At such a price, they're just playing with our money. PLEASE DON'T VISIT

worst location and service. its better to stay at oyo rooms instead of tdi :) this is not hotel. its Socity club house which they are selling rooms as hotel. Socity people comes any time to use premises.

Horrible experience ever... literally fraud, room booked 3 days before but they canceled without informing... traveled 300 kms with family and kids and had to face this nonsense... the lame excuse provided was the unavailability of laundry... highly disgusting

Fraud....very sparkling pictures online but their swimming pool is not working, they have a junkyard kind of Bar, scam in the name of mini bar, they put some eatables in the room and the fridge and the card about all that mentioning it as a part of mini bar was hidden, moreover, everything was charged five times the MRP like a Rs25 can of soft drink was charged Rs150 at the checkout, also, they didn't mention it in the bill as well even after repeatedly asking them too. also, you will find a cup of tea worth Rs 130 in the restaurant menu.

Nice size rooms . New construction so you can find clean and maintained rooms . Breakfast options were less . For one night stay is ok but if you want to stay more night then they must offered some more breakfast menu. Location is also not that great. Overall it's good and on my highly recommended list

I stayed at the TDI Club Resort, Mohali from 24 Nov till 29 Nov. At the front desk I was met with a friendly and professional member of your staff, Minky, she was always helpful and efficient. I had the pleasure of dining in your restaurant daily. I wish to convey my thanks to your waiting staff who were cheerful and attentive. Jaspreet, Laxman and Thomas were especially delightful. The chef who prepared my Daals and chicken curries did a great job. I would like to specifically single out Jaspreet as your most pleasant and friendly staff memeber who paid attention to detail and had a great memory for my prior day preferences. Her service was exceptional and always with a smile, even though I'm very particular with my requirements. Thank you and your staff for making my stay a memorable one. I will surely be back, even if it's to just see your friendly staff. Anthony Carnegie.
