If you are a non veg lover and you gotta keep your pocket in mind. This place offers both. Good Non veg with moderate prices. Best of both worlds. But the only drawback is that it offers only take away. You can sit in the car or bike or nearby area but no sitting options. However one of the best take away joint for non veg for me.

Nostalgia .. Best Shikari tikkas I have ever had.

One of the very few sources of non veg food in Gujarat. (If you can't live without meat or fish, don't come to this state) It's so expensive. A chicken biriyani costs 250Rs. But that's OK considering there's no option Their items tastes good except for biriyani. I came here from Kerala. Comparing with the biriyani I'm getting there, here it tastes like crap

Tawa Dawat has been around for ages, I discovered the place a few years ago when I went to Icy Pik with a friend to pick up a few things. We tried out one of the fish fries on offer then and for the next 30 mins, we sat in the car licking our fingers and feeding the bones to the stray dogs that loitered around. Ever since, whenever I crave good Indian non vegetarian food, Tawa Dawat always comes to my mind, its a shame they are a take away joint, would have been here a lot more if it were a proper sit down. Try their Fish Amritsari, its fantastic too alongwith butter chicken, tandoori chicken as well as the other sea food offerings.
