The hotel has really nice food and staff was very helpful. I will recommend it to everyone who wants to visit. The facilities were all provided to us in a very reasonable price. The staff was really patient and we're ready to help any time. Had a great time with friends at Tavisha. It's the best hotel in that area. And I would love to visit it again.
My stay at the Tavisha Hotel in Gurugram was nothing short of exceptional. The prices are quite genuine. We conducted a birthday party and had over ordered the snacks from the hotel. We had asked the chef to pack the extra dinner items which were already served as a package to our guests but we got a pushback from the chef saying that this is part of the package and cant be packed to which i told that we had over ordered the snacks thata why the food got left. Since we had already received the food items prepared for the party in our room we got it packed so that it does not get wasted. But the chef did not completely provide the food packing which is sad to know as we did not ask anything extra in fact our number of guests were lesser than what we had paid still this was something that we did not like

I had a confirmed booking at this hotel, but when I arrived, the staff claimed they had canceled it without notifying me. I had to make a fresh booking and file a complaint with the booking portal. To make matters worse, the hotel staff lied to the portal, saying I paid for an upgrade because I didn't like my original room. This is completely untrue and fraudulent behavior. Avoid this hotel at all costs!
My stay at this hotel was marred by deceitful practices. Despite my confirmed reservation, the staff claimed it was canceled without informing me. I had to rebook and report the issue to the booking portal. Shockingly, the hotel staff lied to the portal, falsely stating that I upgraded my room because I disliked the original one. Such dishonesty is unacceptable, and I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.
I had a fantastic stay at Tavisa. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was great. I highly recommend it for a pleasant getaway!
