Guys don't believe on pictures and list of amenities. They are just making fool of you. Today we checked in here. Property is under construction. No lift facility. They are offering a room in -3 level. Where u have no lift, no network only lots of stairs. Even after so much request they are not providing rooms on -1 or -2. We are traveling with kids. We booked for two days for relaxation and enjoyment. There so called games room are on ground and how kids will do up and down. Such a poor service. Can't believe how they are making fool for people. We are trapped here. Pls don't go for this. Don't waste your hard earned money here and don't ruin your trip. Don't book here
I have a great experience with Tavisha Kanatal Hills Chamba. My journey was great. Location of the hotel was good we can enjoy the view of beautiful nature from our rooms .....the staff were friendly, helpful and rooms were need and clean. The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made my retreat most enjoyable. They also have indoors game space and specially at night on rooftop we can enjoy born fire with great views.....i really like to visit again in future.....see you soon

Excellent services for the food and drinks provided by the hotel and team. The embience was good and hotel organised well mannered and great and timely services given the staff. The location is a rock star.nicely welcoming with no complaints or suggestions.we had dinner at the hotel the service was excellent and the quality of food too.for breakfast they have some good varties to offer.overall lovely experience we had.i hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.would definitely recommend.special thanks to all the staff who help me and my friend to select best drinks accordingly to my taste...... amazing experience............
My experience here is really nice.... The food was really good as well as the staff and management was kind and helpful. It's really nice place to stay with their family. It was kid friendly. Many hotels don't care view extra mattresses or other things when you ask add charges for it but this place was very very convenient. Even the rates are fit in budget. The banquet hall is also really nice I will surely recommend this place to everyone who wants to stay in this City.....
I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Tavisha Kanatal Hills Chamba, and I must share my harrowing experience to warn potential visitors. My colleagues and I made a corporate booking for six rooms for a total of twelve people through Make My Trip (MMT) on 16th August 2023. The reservation was made for the period from 29th September 2023 to 2nd October 2023, adhering to all the terms and conditions set by MMT.
Our ordeal began on 27th September 2023, at 8:15 pm when we received a call from Tavisha's representative, Ms. Rebita. Shockingly, she informed us that our booking was "not confirmed," despite us having paid the entire amount upfront. Ms. Rebita then audaciously passed the responsibility to us, insisting that we contact MMT for a resolution. She claimed that Tavisha was fully occupied due to a corporate booking, and thus, they could not provide us with the accommodations we had paid for.
Frustrated and bewildered by this blatant breach of our agreement, we immediately contacted MMT's team. To our relief, they assured us that our booking was indeed confirmed. Armed with this information, we re-engaged with Ms. Rebita the next day, hoping for a resolution. However, she exhibited a shockingly rude and unprofessional attitude, vehemently denying our booking confirmation. She bluntly told us, "I cannot help you, and you won't be getting any accommodation; don't come."
After this disheartening encounter, Ms. Rebita ceased all communication with us. Calls and messages went unanswered, leaving us in complete limbo.
Our experience with Tavisha Kanatal Hills Chamba was nothing short of a nightmare. The unprofessionalism, lack of ethics, and outright fraudulent behavior displayed by their representatives, especially Ms. Rebita, are inexcusable. We strongly caution everyone to steer clear of this resort to avoid being caught up in their web of deceit and disappointment.
Please exercise caution when considering a booking at this resort.
I recently had a pleasure of staying at the Tavisha Kanatal hills, Chamba. We had a wonderful family vacation at this property. The view was superb amazing. Location was excellent. Situated near to Kanatal main city. Staff was very courteous and always ready to help.. will surely consider staying here again in future visits.
It's just wow a lifetime experience that we have created. First is property it is nestled peacefully on nature next is people which makes experience even more delightful and worth remembering their humble and affable nature makes them very approachable and their treatment makes you feel special.
Rooms are ok. View from balcony is nice. Service is bad. Location is very nice right on the highway.
