Friendly people. Proximity to airport is a huge plus. Seemed understaffed. Service efficiency was good but can be better. Room allotted to us was a let down. Too small, can be better maintained. Delhi Barbecue food was superb. Sri Santosh provided excellent service - compensated for less than satisfactory experience in other areas. Overall, a bit overpriced for the off disappointment from a Sarovar.

Reception area was quite good, beautiful sofa for sitting, and a decent view. Room size was small as per me it should be something bigger then it will be great. Every thing is neat and clean but not very fancy but we can say ya it's good. Room Service was little bit slow, but the staffs behaviour are co operative. One more thing I wanna say if you wanna work while staying in this hotel then speed of Wi-Fi was very slow. Much expensive than nearby hotels but the facilities are almost same as other. It was a great time in this. You can visit it

Very poor service, pathetic quality of food, very small portions of food served at exorbitant prices - quantity sufficient only for kids, 3 decade old beds, blankets and pillows. No toiletries or essentials available in the room. No ventilation or sunlight to the room....not sure how they are allowing rooms configuration in this matter. How will anyone survive in case of fire???

I am not recommended to the corporate people who travel continuously. Because required facilities is not available in this hotel like Dental kits, Comb, Soap, Hair dryer is not working, and Gym under renovation. Even complimentary water bottles not provided. Hotel people behavior is ok and Hotel location is good for connectivity. Food quality and Breakfast is average compared to other 4 stars hotels.

GAMBLING IN THE HOTEL ROOM NEXT TO US I and my parents had stayed at this hotel for a night. Since we had an early morning flight to catch, we decided to clock off early. But, there was a constant disturbance coming from the next room (which happened to share a common door with our room number 105). Upon calling the reception constantly thrice, no action was taken. Since a common door was shared we could clearly hear that the men (who already happened to have check out) were still DRINKING BOOZE, GAMBLING (playing cards), and speaking CUSS WORDS LOUDLY in the next room. I even have a short clip recorded of this whole situation. It was only after waking up from mid sleep, my father had to go to the reception and make a firm complaint that those guys in the next room were asked to check out by the hotel staff. This is absolutely intolerable and unsafe for families and kids to stay in hotel where such activities are taking place.

In summary, the Taurus Sarover Portico Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It combines luxury, comfort, and impeccable service seamlessly. I had my stay couple of days back with family. Rooms are not upto the mark keeping in mind the pricing. Food was not ordered as it seems much costly in comparison to other hotels in same category. Outside food is not allowed as a policy matter so what do we eat despite paying so high price for stay. I would not recommend this for sure.

I stayed in this property and I had a very good experience. Very close to the airport(10 min) ola & Uber were easily available. The house keeping staff was very helpful and all basic amenities in the room were made available. Contact Mr Pradeep and try their buffet menu available in all the meals. Special thanks to Mr Jay at the front office and Mr Pradeep in the restaurant for making our stay and food comfortable. Considering the price for one night, 7000 + taxes is little on the higher side for a standard room and looking at the property and amenities the management should consider the tariff.
