My experience has been absolutely amazing. Mr. Prince guided me through the different options they have and helped me choose the most suitable massage and facial as per my requirement. Miss Fancy has the best hands I've ever felt. So soothing that I slept during my facial. Overall it was a great experience and I would love to recommend and come back for sure. Great spa inside Novotel Infopark with high quality service and facilities. They use good quality products and you get to choose your aroma oils too. The masseuse who attended to me, Bildaris was really good. Recommended!

I have been in this spa many times and have always liked the services offered. However I would like to suggest more options like haircut for ladies for example. Fancy treated me very well and I wish to be served by her again next time. She was professional and helpful, kindly convey this comment to the management to reward her services.
