My partner and I have been a regular customer at Tattva spa We had recently visited the Raddison-Karjat, Lonavla and Mumbai branch of Tattva and utterly enjoyed the session hence decided to go with Tattva at Novotel Imagica too, expecting the same experience but we realized every branch has different quality. 1) Ambience was below average in this property. 2) A few oils were not available. 3) I opted for Abhyanga massage, and they said the oil would be warm but rather the masseuse started with cold oil and when I pointed it out she started heating the oil in between the session and wasted my 10-15 mins and hence towards the end she did the massage in haste barely giving more than a minute to each body part because she had to finish the session in 90 minutes. The entire process was a mood kill. Also the massage technique was not good, i was said that this would be a light handed massage but i could feel a lot of pressure. 4) The washroom was tiny, just a cubicle and the floor was slippery. It felt like a public washroom, definitely not a rejuvenating experience. And the towels provided were wet and oily and stinking of old oils. 5) There was no steam in the washroom. 6) Overall hospitality was not good.

We visited Novotel Imagicaa for a short vacation. Thoroughly enjoyed the services of Tattva Spa. The masseuses Rachael and Marilyn were fantastic. A must place to visit for a relaxing and rejuvenating massage.
