Water is stored here throughout the year. This bridge is a very beautiful place. The moment of sunrise impressed me more. Here you can see the fishing techniques of the fishermen. And rafts can be seen in the flooded area between Shalbani - Supudi village. People travel across that raft. You will enjoy a very beautiful moment there.
It's best for picnic spot. If any civil students learn about 'Earthen Dam' He/she would must be visited at this place.

Tatko Irrigation Scheme across Tatko river is situated in P.S Bandwan, Block-Bandwan in the District of Purulia.The scheme comprises of a small earthen storage dam across Tatko river, a tributary of river Kumari in Kangsabati basin in P.S. Bandwan, Mouza - Pargela in the district of Purulia. The dam site is located at about 75 km south east of Purulia town. Canal system on both the banks of the Tatko dam is planned for creating irrigation potential of 2.494 th. ha of which 2.024 th. ha (Kharif) and 0.470 th. ha (Rabi) respectively. 15 nos. of distributaries (9 nos. in LBMC and 6 nos. in RBMC) with 8 minors along the Main Canal system for irrigating the command area. The CCA of the project is 2024 hectare.
It is the best place for picnic spot in this locality as well as for photography......on December-January of every year many people comes here for picnic.... Specifically on 1st January you will find too much crowds(youngsters) here. They comes picnic with DJ sounds and lighting for dance (for enjoying the first day of year). I had gone this year and realised the scenerio. If I described the feelings in Bengali "khub bhaalo laaglo"
