Nancy ma'am is definitely one of the best yoga instructors you will get. She provides all kinds of classes-online, offline and recorded as well so there's no scope of skipping the regularity of the classes. She also provides a detailed diet plan which is very easy to follow too.
It's a good place for yoga and the trainer is superb and very supportive.Joined since 1 month and so far experience is very good.
