Tathastu Kanha - The Serenity Retreat - Hotel in Gudma, Santapur - Balaghat, India

It was a luxurious experience inside dense forest of KANHA, great property, ample parking spaces, spacious cottages with large washroom, luggage area, beautiful living space, 2 amazing balcony style windows to peep outside jungle and have the feel - specially at night time, food was so delicious - both veg and non veg food was great in taste and stomach friendly home/village style preparation. It was one of the great experiences I had in Kanha other than safari. Once you enter you are in heaven. You will be in your comfort zone, Mr. Raj (Property Manager) heading this property on behalf of Tathastu is a gentleman person, very helpful, courteous, respectful... I say 10 out of 10... Food, Hygiene, Geography of place, Staff, Property Ambience, Resources available makes it a perfect holiday destination and gives you an opportunity to explore more and more after you are tired from jungle Safari... soon I will revisit this property. My 1.5 year old daughter enjoyed clean swimming pool, she was keep running on open green grass lawn area in the centre of Resort, she enjoyed running here and there. Property is safe for kids - rooms and restaurant don't have any sharp corners and objects which may harm babies. Looks like architect planned it well.

I had a great experience and everything was great i have enjoyed the cycle ride too and it was fun. I have faced 1 issue related to the swimming pool , on the reception they said you can use your costume or you have to buy from the resort and the sad part was they had costumes for men and kids but not for women's and without a costume we are not allowed to enter the pool. I was upset at that time....that was my experience

We stayed at Tathastu kanha resort for 2 nights,we were a family group of 6 adults & 3 children so we booked 3 family rooms to make our stay more comfortable. The resort was quiet & well maintained,construction work is going on & the resort is under expansion of tents in the property. Right from the beginning we were welcomed by Mr.Raj Sharma & his team who came to receive us from the Entrance of the resort & we were escorted by them to the reception area where we were served with a welcome drink.The rooms checkin was very quick.The resort staff was very polite & always ready to provide any help or assistance regarding any matter right from the restaurant kitchen to the room service Family room was huge & value for money, The swimming pool was very clean & also a separate pool for kids.overall experience was very nice but one thing I would definitely like to suggest is the betterment of food,Definitely recommended

5 star property and very nice staff. They takes care of you like a family member. Good food and very good amenities. Must visit property.

A quaint and romantic place for a tiger safari in the very national parc where Rudyard Kipling's jungle book plays, the Kanha Tiger Reserve.

Food is quite homely but i found taste awesome. Whole staff is so good and courteous. They make your stay comfortable. Cottage size is good but maintainance is on bit lower side. You can enjoy your mornings and evenings in big Clean Pool. Overall good place to stay. One less star just for the maintainance thing
