Value for money. Best option if you are looking for a budget hotel. Location is good, located near mall. Just a uphill walk for a few metres and you will reach the entrance of mall. Interior decoration is good. Toilet is clean, but need some improvement. Bed was clean. They provided extra blanket without any charges. Staffs are helpful, friendly, always responsive. Restaurant food was also good. Price reasonable. If you are looking for a budget options near mall certainly you can go for it.
3Stars is just because of the location and the staff's behaviour. The room was very dirty. The bathroom was also not clean. The room is very small and there is no place to keep your belongings properly.
The hotel staff is very friendly and the driver for sightseeing was amazing.
Go for this hotel only if you want to stay near mall road. Also, get the room cleaned properly before getting in.
Location is good, close to mall road. Rooms were awesome, very nicely decorated n maintained. The hallway leading to our room was so pretty! And the warmth with which the owner welcomed us, made us feel at home. Overall, the ambience is so good in the hotel. We totally loved it. Whenever we go to Darjeeling, we'd love to stay here
The hotel is located very near to the mall road and the price point is decent from that aspect. However the downside is that the rooms are all facing walls and has no views. The ground floor rooms are rather dampy and nb ot recommended. The food options are limited but standard only and not very tasty. The staff are very friendly and courteous which is great. Overall I would recommend the place for younger groups who wants to live on the mall of Darjeeling and not for older persons who plan to stay indoors for longer periods.
The rooms are really comfy. The aesthetic is amazing. Dim lights just make the experience cosier. They even provide geyser and electric kettle. The manager was really sweet and helped us alot throughout our stay. A bit of the downside was the windows opened to other buildings and no outside light. Ignoring that, the terrace is amazing and people can have barbecue there. The place is really close to chowrasta/ Mall road. The hotel also provide room heaters/ blowers at certain amount.
Excellent hospitality, cordial staff, perfect gentleman Manager Mr. Subba, clean rooms with the perfect equipments you need for a comfortable stay. I would recommend all to book once at least. You will not find such an excellent accommodation so near to the Mall. I will surely go back here time and again.
The rooms are clean, nice, well designed. Service is exceptional, caretaker single handedly manages to give best service. The hotel is pretty close to chowrasta.
Downside is the hotel has no view no sunlight, the bldg is cramped between 2 other bldgs. Also rooms are pretty small
But then if u don't mind out of window experience then go for it.
Budgeted hotel but no compromise in basic amenities. I stayed there couple of times but I can't find anything to complain. Room are maintained clean & comfortable. But if you want views from your hotel room then this is not the right place for you. Apart from this, I found home experience in this hotel.
