Best DTH SERVICE in Guntur
Very bad experience. Visited for Maharaj Mixer Grinder Jar after calling the service center. The service center is not at the exact location but 1 line difference in the address but one can reach easily. The representative has replaced the bottom of the jar and placed a new coupler without a proper support and that eventually leaked water in to the mixer grinder. Again visited the shop and complained he said he forgot to keep a supporter and fixed and that leads a lot noise not bearable. When asked he said it will be alright in 1 or 2 times of usage but when reached home the leakage continued and the mixer grinder sounds a lot and vibrating the particular jar like anything. Again visited the service center and companied the same, he kept the item for 4 days and said repaired but after reaching the home same issue. I lot 150 rupees, time about 3 hour for 4 visits, spent 150 rupees petrol...so stupid and need to blame my self to pickup this worst service center. I am wondering how the companies are trusting these guys and keeping them as a customer support representative at local level. These people actually offer services for different companies like, Maharaj, Symphony, Voltas etc
