Pros: Well planned and ventilated campus.. Good club house and amenities... Very professional sales team.. answered all queries clearly.. Cons: But apartments are quite small...Asking price is too high for the unit dimension that are available... Only one balcony.. at least two should have been good...

Beware: Stay Away from Tata New Heaven Flats! I am writing this review to strongly advise everyone against purchasing flats in Tata New Heaven. The construction quality of these properties is abysmal, with the use of low-quality materials that has led to numerous issues. It's an absolute nightmare living here, as every home seems to suffer from leakage problems. I even had to personally fix leakages originating from electrical switches, which is a clear indication of the poor craftsmanship. One of the most disappointing aspects of this property is the so-called "clubhouse management." It's laughable to even call it management, as it's nothing more than a group of local individuals who seem more suited for a fish market than managing a residential complex. Their behavior is unprofessional and they act as if they are the owners of Tata themselves. It's an embarrassment to see them in action. Adding to the frustration, the flat owners are labeled as "owners" in name only. They're helpless and continually taken advantage of by the shambolic clubhouse management. The lack of any ability to address concerns or voice grievances is truly disheartening. Save yourself the headache and don't even think about buying or residing in these flats. there are far better options available within the city itself. Tata New Heaven is situated far away from the city and is far from being a clean, desirable location. The lack of cleanliness is evident, with reports of unsanitary incidents like a young boy urinating in the swimming pool and another individual carrying water in his mouth. This property has completely failed to maintain even basic standards of hygiene. I implore you to steer clear of Tata New Heaven flats. The subpar construction quality, leakages, inadequate clubhouse management, and overall unsanitary conditions make this property an absolute nightmare. Don't waste your hard-earned money and your peace of mind on this disastrous investment. Look elsewhere for a better, more reliable place to call home.

I had high expectations when I decided to invest in Tata Homes - New Haven. The sales team painted a rosy picture, and against my family's advice, I took the plunge and booked a south-facing apartment. Little did I know, the real story would unfold only after the booking was made. The first red flag was the lack of transparency. After my booking, I was blindsided by an undisclosed fee that was never mentioned during the initial discussions. This left me questioning the integrity of the sales team and the project as a whole. To anyone considering booking an apartment here, I'd say proceed with caution. The sales team may woo you with their pitch, but be prepared for some unpleasant surprises down the line. Make sure to ask for a comprehensive list of all fees and charges, and don't take anything at face value.

Hi tata team , pls resolve the registration issue for the new apartments in tower 22,23 & 24. As we have booked the flat since long and down payment also done ,confirm on the final registration soon within 30 sep 2023 as mentioned on the agreement. Waiting for the resolution. Already escalated to cluster head also still no reply , still you guys ask to send email to Crm team , if it do not gets resolved return money immediately.

Our long wish have finally came true. Thanks to Tata Value Homes New Haven, special mention to the sales executive, Mr. Irfan. Everything was smooth and the atmosphere is quiet outstanding, with towers standing tall in between the lush greenery, which is absolutely scenic.

Hi tata team when registry problem will get resolved for new tower 23-24 & 25. All of us are facing issue for the registry and stuck with you by paying the Down payment. This is such a very bad experience with tata and this was not expected at all.

Very good project even if it's far from bangalore city it's worth investing in this project,clear atmosphere, free from dust and sound It's value for money, I Believe in TATA

It is a Very well located far from main Road hustle-bustle of Traffic. Very cool surrounding with well maintained Greenery, Play areas for adults as well as children. The Clubhouse for residents is really excellent with Children library, creche, Table tennis, Billiards tables, Modern Gym, Swimming pool and Spa is a paid service. Separate area reserved for visitors vehicle parking too. A Grocery store, Medical store is also available within Community centre. Overall a great place to live in peacefully.
