This is a foundation owned by Tata Steel and whose Chief is Ms Bachendri Pal,the first Indian woman to climb mount Everest.This foundation's sole purpose is to enthusiast young people with leadership skills and team work.As a result of which it conducts outdoor leadership program in the local areas of Jamshedpur-Tumung Camp,Dimna Lake and Dalma Hill,whereas it conducts programs in the Himalayan regions of Uttarakand and Darjeeling.There are also programs for Everest Base Camp.TSAF office is at JRD Tata Sports Complex in Jmashepur.
