No response on land line phone and I have to spend my time for personal at office from Palghar. So how are responsible staff there showing
Good Corporate Governance, timely assessment and evaluation of each activity.
Best place to work if one's is looking for work life balance as soon as it's 5:30 people start leaving their desks and by 6:30 entire office seems scary. Lot's of traveling opportunities nationally specifically but also internationally if working for TATA. Con or which i didn't liked is delegations and ever changing systems and people make it difficult to analyse or deliver the projects or assignment at a given time. Office is great safe and secure. Best people to network with. Challenging to communicate as i said hierarchical structure and remote positions handling make it difficult to solve realtime problems.
I work here found it nice and location is close to main road the building has clean and well maintained also lot of restaurants right beneath to chill.. recommended

Good for tpl employees if you are third party employe then they treat you like step son You will not get any hr benifits from hr If you deployed at site then you will be hell They will provide very bad accomodation and you have to arrange your food If you are have no luck then you may stuck with south indian boss who will make your life hell And then you will end up by lossing your job. I would suggest beter to join as tpl employee
