Just went to the charging station to ask about the EV charging infrastructure, the Security Guard named Suraj has explained very well about the charging station, time and cost and provided good insight about the facility, Good wishes for him.

Nice charging point but it is inside so not visible or known to everyone. Also to go their you need to exit expressway and re-enter express will cost you 130rs more. This is big issue and should be resolved.

Went there yesterday night (7th Aug 2022) on the way back from Mumbai. Reached at 6% battery remaining. Slow charger was available but even after pleading for help was shooed away by security. Very unhelpful. Never depend on this one while travelling.

Horrible experience on 17th April 2022. Of the 3 charging points 2 were out of order. The one which was supposedly working, had some major technical issue and was not getting connected to our EV. Worst part is, none of the people know anything about this. There is no person for emergency contact from Tata Power or Tata Motors. The security was rude, staff had no clue.... Such experiences are detrimental to the EV community... finally after 1 hour of struggle we left for Lonavala and charged in 20 mins flat seamlessly !!!
