A very nice place for purchasing commercial vehicles of Tata Motors. The behaviour of the staff is also very nice. They also have a sister company in Purnea. The Purnea dealer is named as Mahakali Motors, while the Saharsa outlet is Mahakali Automobiles. They also have a loan counter to help process your loans and documentation. Overall a nice experience.
Quality of service is bad. There is no adequate staff and trained mechanics that they are working in TATA MOTORS SAHARSA. Didn't care about cleanliness.Work is not done on time.
