We were travelling from Chennai to Pune by road. Suddenly our driver seat door got loose and it didn't lock. We panicked and went to this place as it was the nearest. They said it might take more than an hr to fix. These people were so sweet. They fixed it in 20 mins and didn't even charge a penny. Thank u so much guys. Excellent customer service.

Services highly appreciated!! My Tata Nexon vehicle broke down in a hilly area almost 100 km far from this Service Centre on my way back to Mumbai. Contacted Tata Motors 24 x 7 Helpline numbers but they were unable to get me the help I needed, Neither did they call me back to inform their inability. Somehow managed to start the vehicle and reach the service centre. It was Tuesday and the Above showroom had their Weekly off. But still I managed to get the Owner Mr Patil's number and he helped me out of the way by arranging a technician on a Weekly off that too at around 8 pm at night. Really Appreciate the Humanitarian approach the Owner of N P Motors and his team has! Such Dealers have truly worked to secure the Brand Image of Tata Group! Really Grateful for your support
