I have purchased tata tiago through NCS tata alappuzha and taken delivery of the vehicle. My first experience with this vehicle is amazing. The sales personnel in the NCS TATA ALAPPUZHA were very Co-operative and helpful throughout the entire process. I would like to specially mention the names of Mr Teddy and Mr vishnuraj ( team leader) here. I test drive the vehicle with Mr vishnuraj and his attitude and profound knowledge about the vehicle is the first reason that purchase this vehicle. Worse showroom ever.i asked for pdi from the time i booked the vehicle and they told me at the last moment that we need to go kayamkulam for PDI. So i canceled the PDI because i trust TATA,But the next thing they told me that they ride the car from kayamkulam to Alappuzha for delivery and i said no but at the time of delivery they ride my car at @kilometer 126.

Thank God I cancelled the booking. Got to see their true service quality. For collecting booking amount they'll come to your house. Once I informed to cancel booking, the advisor said I'll get refund in 7 working days, but after 1 1/2 months of repeated followups (even with their head office), I received refund only after I sent email to Tata Motors customer care.

Walked in to enquire about battery replacement for my Tiago. The staff there was kind enough to share the information from their service experts, and even offered me a bottle of water.. The whole interaction lasted only 2 mins. I must say, Tata is improving its service and approach towards customers. Special thanks to Vishnu for being helpful

When we approach, they give a very good attention. Once you finalize the order you are in dark and moreover no value on commitment and bluffing too.
