Hi, I may be a bit too late in commenting on my experience of purchasing a Nexon from Luxon Motors Kollam though I was the 1st person to take delivery of a vehicle from the newly formed Luxon Motors on 10th May 2023. As the saying goes it is always better late than never. Even though I too have been a part of the automobile industry for more than 24 years and a vehicle owner (both 2 and 4 wheeler) for almost 17 years, I was indeed surprised and even positively shocked to have experienced the whole purchase, delivery and also the after sales experience. This I say was never experienced by me till date . The way how team Luxon was into details in every thing even to the extent of the hospitality provided to my aged father with a warm cup of sugarless tea, to my daughters with sweet cookies and juice and a gift for my wife who unfortunately was not able to join us for the delivery. I must say that maybe these can or may be replicated by others but the after sales support received was beyond words. For my 1st service @ 1000 kms at Kollam and 2nd service @ 7500 Kms at Thiruvananthapuram, Luxon was just a call away and very prompt in the committed time with no hazzles for me. So while I continued uninterrupted in my official works my car was being serviced. I must add that in between I met with a minor accident too, here too my experiences of having a service GM guide me through the entire process was indeed encouraging. In short I am enthralled and very happy for my purchase through Luxon and I strongly recommend other prospective buyers to choose Luxon. I would specially like to thank Mr. Afsal the executive, Mr. Sivaprasad the ASM, the service teams at Kollam and Trivandrum for all the support. We were in search of a second car from a good brand with maximum fuel efficiency...And following our visit at Luxon Tata showroom in Paravur we came across Tata Tiago EV...Our casual visit to see the charge changed to booking the car on the same day...It's all the staffs credits especially Akhil chettan...It was a wonderful experience with everyone in the showroom to set foot in EV era...
