As a owner of a Safari, I would suggest not to choose this show room. Kumaran Automobiles, Nagercoil is one of the worst after sale service centres that i had experienced very badly several time. Unexperienced technicians, Cheating on requested services, fraud on billing for unattended services, cheating on replacement of spares, lot more...... It's not a customer friendly showroom / service provider. Their motto is only money laundering....
I have purchased Tata Tigor XZ plus (petrol) 2 months back and used it on a regular base. Its engine is very noisy and not get mileage . The main thing is mileage, it is around 11 KMPL in city and highway 17 km only.totally waste.. Tata motors company staffs told this Tata tigor xz plus petrol will get mileage in city 17 km and highway 21 to 22 km above.. They are Cheated me.. I am very upset.. Our humble request please don't buy Tata cars....
Very very Pure dealing with 1 service customer after buy a car. When u go to buy a car they talk very nice after when u go to free service it taking 2 days to clean the car. They said to me for wait 3 days or more.
Worst service..No Experience staffs.Cheating during water service..kumaran is the worst show room in Kanyakumari district.
With wide range of new variety of cars ,Dealer network of Tata motors is doing good compared to the past.
