This is my second visit today. The staff here is so unwelcoming, unprofessional and un trained. If they have this attitude during sales can only imagine how the after sales service would be. Great cars don't sale on its own. It's the brand reputation, customer experience and after sales service that makes a good package for buyers. Though Tata has stepped up and started to make better cars but the staff seems to be doing a disservice to the effort that Tata is putting in. I own a Skoda, this time wanted to try out Harrier, but this experience has created a repulsive effect on TATA. I may consider Mahindra or go back to Skoda for a Kodiaq. @TATA Motors please do a favour to yourself by training your team. Good luck!
I literally bought car from this location and totally disappointed.. No proper follow ups and assigned executive is also not updating the progress. Even the delivery also they didn't do it properly and feedback call is seriously useless. I would recommend any other showrooms to buy Tata cars, it's purely disgrace for this kind of facilities to sell top class vehicles.
They have no value for a customer's time. Made me wait for almost 30 minutes and no one attended. My company was planning to purchase 5 EVs. Only Tata cars are reliable not their dealers. One of the worst showroom experience I've ever experienced.
The worst experience with the sales team and the RC registration team. It's been 9 months and still I didn't receive the RC at my home, even after continuous follow ups there is no proper revert from them. The response from them is really annoying me. I want to call up the names Mr Thimme Gowda (the sales person) and Ms Renuka (RC team) who didn't even cared to revert on the update and after my follow up also they are too lethargic to answer back on the update. The poor performance by the Yelahanka show room. Even though I am a Tata vehicle follower and because of these non-informatic and non-active ppl the brand itself is suffering the bad feedback.
This is the worst showroom. Never ever buy any vehicle here. Totally they all fake to cleints .. they don't deliver the vehicle on time , they put unnecessary charges during delivery of the car. They don't perform PDI check, they will act nicely before vehicle booking but post booking they ignore us. I booked safari n faced lot of issues from them. Just avoid this showroom. Unethical and irresponsible staff...dont go with higher ratings, those all fake.. just be cautious...
Excellent service and extremely customer friendly staff. Best place in Bangalore for Tata car service. Body shop work is really superb, I got my Tiago body repair there and they did it as good as new.. what else I need other than seeing my accident damaged car come out as new ? Fully satisfied with their work.

A very good Tata authorised service station. Prompt and quick service every time. Only what is needed is recommended while servicing and no uneccessary add-ons are forced. Service advisors are knowledgeable and honest with customers. I would rate this place better than many Maruti/Toyota service stations.
