I was driving from trivandrum to varkala in my nexon EV and I thought to charge from my in law's home but there were some earthing issues and I could not charge from home. So I called tata showroom at Palachira and they helped me to charge my charge over night. They are really people. I recommend doing business with them. My special thanks to Sajin who personally helped me to get this done.
it is very sad to give low rating for TATA here, however i would have given a negative rating if options were available in the site. ***** Cars are awesome, lovely, safe and riding great, Tata is making remarkable changes in vehicles*** this low rating is given to sales team who does not even meet the current market strategies of customer satisfaction where foreign vehicles have acquired customers by giving better place for customers.

Very worst and bad experience with this Palachira show room. Tata vehicles are demanding but this kind of irresponsible staff will spoil the trust with Tata. One Mr.Liju, working over there, he doesn't know to speak with customers even. Dont ever opt for this show room. Can better try directly from Trivandrum motors or Derik Motors.
