We've purchased our first cars from this showroom and TaTa! highly recommend automobile. From the moment we walked in the door we were treated exceptionally well. The adviser behaviour also feels good. I felt a plenty of issues during all the service periods. There were communication gap with the center inside. If you're looking for a vehicle from this showroom you have to be sound enough to get things done. Hope they will levelup the service quality.
In Kerala, they gave me the best quote. The delivery was prompt and service standards have significantly improved. I have completed my second service and have not faced any major challenges so far. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff are great and helpful. They have enough models for test drive. I am happy with the experience so far. The premise is easily accessible and have ample parking space.
Very bad experience about trivandrum motors. In first about a zest car. Very bad care and services. pickup and delivery is too late. In this car. They are offering front sensor in the booking time agust 2022. After 6 months they are saying the offer not available for us. In the first service careless teflon coating and washing. Door sensor complaint incompleted. All over performance of services and contacts are teasing.
I have planned for the test drive of Harrier. Received the vehicle and the sales representative was Mr. Sooraj. I haven't seen such a sincere and well mannered sales man yet. He have a clear cut idea about the vehicle and explained everything in a genuine way. The main negative heard about TATA is their service and attitude of the staffs. People like Mr. Sooraj will definitely help TATA to build customers trust.
I bought a Nexon Car XZ Lux Red Dark Edition 5 days ago through Trivandrum Motors. I had a good experience with Trivandrum Motors. So far, I didn't face any problem because of the excellent and smart service of Mr. Sooraj, Sales Executive of the showroom. I had to visit the show room only two times, first on 8th July for enquiry and second on 7th August to take the delivery of my car. All the formalities staring from booking of the car to the delivery of the car were smoothly done by Mr. Sooraj. From customer's point of view, I give him 100% marks for his excellent service. I heard that Tata's service is very poor but they have changed that tension. Good customer service and good manners. AMC had done addon when I bought the car so some replaces were done for free while servicing. Only one negative point tata service pre booked on app didn't show in their record but they managed.
TATA Byebye to Customer Service once the sale is done. Even PDI was not done properly. No water on Windshield washer tank, door beading's not properly snuggled into the channels. FasTAG not activated even after 20 days. Had I known this is going to be the Service, I would not have taken the risk. If anything is going to undo the TATA story, it is going to be their service. It's still pathetic like it was always.
