I visited Sree Gokulam Motors (Tata's)Kattapana yesterday for the service of my Safari. It is a small-ish workshop on the Thodupuzha road.
Here is my experience. I met the service manager, Mr. Aneesh, who is very knowledgeable and courteous. I had some inquiries about the extended warranty and was answered to satisfaction.
I took an AMC and extended warranty from this service center and without any follow-up Mr.Aneesh sent me all the documents through my WhatsApp.
Overall I think it's a good workshop for regular service jobs. Being a smaller workshop, you can connect better with the service advisor and floor workmen.
Worst experience as a customer with the Thodupuzha show room.
These people grab more money (in terms of insurence amount)from me when I purchase a Tata Punch car on this month. At the time of delivery they agreed to refund the excess amount with in one week. But the things not happen. The showroom people point out to Ernakulam head office and they told me the responsibility is with the Chennai head office. But my money is not yet refunded.
I am horoughly impressed with the service that I received from Gokulam Tata. The staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me. I highly recommend Gokulam Tata to anyone in need of their services.
A good service center with polite staff.
I had some issues for a couple of times and they have sorted it out. Mr. Aneesh probably the manager of the center is very responsible. Till now this is the best service center for tata that I have visited.
Good service and good manners from the service team. Had a good experience. Sales and service of tata vehicles. Opens at 9 AM and close at 6 PM. Accessories available is less. Should order in advance. This showroom is in Kattappana. On kattappana vellayamkudi route. They are increasing it's facility.

Service section is not interested in delivering vehicle service. They are concentrated on advocating paid beautification works and that too impropperly and hense they keep the vehicle services at bay
