The worst ever customer support provided. No one cares for customer, no one knows what the actual process and no knowledge on anything. Any question related to car or procedures is blank for them. They are just surviving with brand. If you wish to buy a car, better choose a different showroom even it is little far.

Worst behaviour by the sales team !! They are least interested to show or sell the product. No respect for customer. A pathetic showroom experience with pathetic people. They don't have knowledge of the product on display. All they care is booking. How come you expect a person to book the vehicle if you show such attitude? Worst experience I ever had from any brand

The staff was polite and attentive, willing to answer my questions and provided information about the products and services. However, there were a few instances where I felt they could have been more proactive in offering assistance. The employees at SSM displayed a solid level of knowledge and expertise. They will able to provide recommendations and suggest suitable options based on the your requirements. Their familiarity with different car models demonstrated their understanding of the industry. SSM also offers mechanical services, including vehicle maintenance and repairs. The technicians were skilled and efficient, providing quality workmanship. However, it is recommended to schedule an appointment in advance, as the shop can get busy at times, leading to longer wait times.

Worst service. Approached to check for Nexon facelift staff response is very poor they are not interested in sales.

Worst after sales service, the service manager doesn't care about customers, when ever there is a complaint they just tell there is no power, I wonder how they are running a service centre without any power most of the times just wasting the customers time.

One of the worst services and and reception people are so reckless mainly those are in the car exhibit area. You better change the front end staff otherwise the sales will effect.
