I give my car service on april 4 2023 but still the service is going on till today June 19 2023.. i think it will goeson , may be they will take the original parts and do some malfunction..
Never buy a car here it's totally waste... They delivered the car without even checking the product mine had damaged parts... And what more worse is its been more than 3 months but they are still saying the that they will fix it later and keep on postponing the issue... If you are looking for a place with worst dealership and worst service then I recommend you to visit them...
They will quote you slightly higher price, but it's upto you to negotiate, but care was taken good while delivering the car at your convenient. After purchasing they will not bother about service scheduled, they will not call as like other brands for remainder.
Technians seem to lack the expertise in diagnosing the faults. Complaints on faults are not rectified 100%. No QC check is carried out before delivery of the vehicle after repairs.
Good relationship with customer both sales and service
Zero empathy towards customers!
For simple issues they keep vehicle for several weeks!
It is a very unpleasant experience for us in this service center for the past two consequent services. Vehicle was held at the service station for around A MONTH due to non-availability of spares (radiator).
We gave the car for service on 28th Oct 2020, Got it back on 21st Nov 2020. Imagine the pain we went through in waiting.
This time car is let there for change of tires and It's been 5 days, (since Feb1st) everyday we get one or the other reason from them for not delivering the vehicle
Even last time we had given poor feedback on their service, but it doesn't look like they are taking it seriously and working towards betterment. If this is how "Schakralaya Motors" continue serving customers then please mind the brand name TATA is being tarnished SO BADLY!!

Worst service I took my tata nexon for service they called me 4 5 times before my service schedule. When I took my car for service they said no water wash available and I order a product to change they are not providing the original product they are giving after market product. Very very worst service.

Tasty and delicious food. Very good service. I like their hospitality than their food items. This is one of the few hotels which is providing coconut milk for Idiyappam ( Among the hotels I visited). I felt like having a home made food.

A kind of okey for the price range. They dont provide you blankets, towels, soap etc. They even dont provide water. Just make arrangements for the above said before you checkin.
