After-sale service is very bad! I asked for a GST invoice and also I have all the proof of clarifying that I need GST invoice from the first day to the customer executive. Now I am not getting any response from the customer support. Frustrated asking multiple times. It's been four month but I haven't received my invoice. Continue...... Before sale: I have heard so many negative reviews about SRT when I looked at online reviews and videos. Especially when I called my friend who is from Madurai to enquire about tata vehicle, He asked me who is the dealer at Tirupur I have told him SRT. He has immediately told me not to buy it from SRT then I started seeing videos and reviews and I was scared but I discussed with the customer representative of SRT TATA "Mr.Jyothi Saravanan" saying all these discussions. He told me previously it was like that now everything has changed and also we have improved a lot and do you feel any trouble in any of your experience with us till now? I said no because I am really happy with his response and also he picked my call anytime to answer my questions. Yes, it was sensible, people and organizations might change to improve their business and customers need. So I continued my visit and discussion to buy the vehicle only because of him and he don't do fake confirmation to make you buy the vehicle and took the responsibility for the issues. I respect that. Long story short I booked punch because of ready availability but I felt punch overpriced for its look and Nexon looks more premium and the size of the vehicle is also very similar so I have changed my booking to Nexon here they confirmed me twice to cancel the booking of Punch and proceeded with the Nexon booking which I have to wait for 3 months. I appreciate their professionalism in following the customer's needs and also the paid amount is refundable without any charges if there is any change in a decision which is also a good way to trust the brand. Here I haven't asked for a refund so no comments. Something not related to SRT, TATA has removed all the light colors of Nexon except the white version which is disappointing so people might switch to Punch for their desired color if they are more desired to buy the TATA Car. At least they could have had one more version of light or pleasant colors. Showroom experience it's good in terms of people, the overall feel of the showroom can be improved because we are not buying commercial vehicles, it's a premium personal vehicle. When you are buying a car or dream car you should feel like buying it from one of the premium brands so you can feel happier for the product and gain trust. I don't prefer it, but it will be great for many. For example, there is a difference between taking a sip of coffee from CCD and a street shop, buying an iPhone from the petty shop. Note: All mandatory needs are perfectly fine to buy the car at this place just saying this to the overall experience of buying. When I wanna do the test drive of the manual variant of Nexon, I couldn't. Yes, I purchased without test driving!! I would suggest you keep all the basic variants for the test drive. SRT TATA should have options to choose the fastag as per customers need and also they need to collaborate with reputed brands like Paytm because you don't need one extra app on your mobile which is only for fastag payment. Delivery of the vehicle I didn't expect, they delivered too early within a month which is surprising!! Happy with your service!!
