Had a really negative experience with Rotana Motors service center. The behaviour and attitude from the executives while we going to purchase a car was very nice and kind. The interaction with customers from the service Centre was the worst thing. One of the worst service centre. They try to cover up with petty explanations when we raise a complaint or issues with a newly delivered car. They have poor follow-ups. There's also a severe lack of customer service center. They try to make excuses rather than listening when we talk about our issues. I would not suggest Rotana Motors service center.
After making the decision to purchase an EV, on detailed analysis Nexon EV 2023 founds to be the most cost-effective EV with the latest features, comfort, and high safety track record. I have contacted Rotana TATA team along with other dealers with intention to getting a quick delivery before returning abroad after vacation. The response from TL Mr. Danish and Customer adviser Mrs. Ramya was overwhelming. Though, being from Perumbavoor I have decided to accept the offer from the Rotana team because of timely delivery assurance and competitive pricing. The team continuously updated to every detail from making the payment on Friday evening till the delivery on Monday evening (including Sunday). Even Rotana MD Mr. Ajishad himself joined the delivery demonstration till 8 pm to ensure satisfaction to me & my family travelled all the way from Perumbavoor to Kozhikode for the car delivery. In summary, the Rotana team amazed me with their professionalism and customer care while demonstrating their delivery commitment. I recommend Rotana motors to those who are planning to purchase TATA vehicles. Also, a note to Rotana management, from my experience Mr. Danish and Mrs. Ramya are assets for your organization.
Superb delivery experience from Rotana Motors Calicut. They were able to provide a 5 experience right from first contact to the handing over of the car. Mr. Sasikumar AGM (Spare) took special care & attention during the whole process of choosing the type of vehicle needed, PDI, touch ups & additional accessories just before the delivery. Ramya CRM was so affable and properly communicating, providing all the necessary info needed throughout the process, and helped me make right decisions in timely manner at each stage from booking to delivery. Great experience. Everything is very professional and all the staff are extremely helpful. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a new vehicle. Only small issue is that the vehicles/prices on the website are not current. It is better just to walk in and see what is available. I would definitely buy from here again!
The best car delivery experience I have had so far has to be the time when I took delivery of the Tiago XZ+ from Rotana Motors showroom at Kozhikode. A very memorable experience. The sales person Mr. Vishnu Prasad and some other individuals working at the showroom pampered us to the full.
