Dear All, This review is from my real purchase experience with NCS. I have purchased a TATA Nexon EV from their kayamkulam showroom. The experience was very bad which I never have with other dealers like HONDA or MARUTI. 1.The knowledge about CAR- The business executive does not know about basic Info. about the car which he is going to sell. 2. Accounts department was not punctual for providing bill of Advance Payment. I have made a follow up with their branch head, after that only I got the cash receipt !! 3. Delivery of CAR- The time of delivery was informed 24 hour prior .still my family was waiting for the readiness of car delivery as it was not cleaned from outside and no other celebrations were done. I feel disappointed when I saw such celebrations with other customers with other dealers. 4. After sales- There was no phone calls or enquiry about the car from this dealer weather we are happy or not, or any problems we feel with the car. I have called them to ask some doubts, but none of the team from NCS assisted me. My Over all impression about NCS is absolutely POOR. I strongly recommend NOT TO PROCEED ANY PURCHASE DEAL with NCS auto corporation BASED ON my true experience. This review is not to blame NCS, But based on my experience as I am disappointed .Those who read this review can determine weather need to proceed for a purchase or not!! I am sure, your opinion wont be a different one. If you really want to go with TATA, try to avoid such kind of dealers where the staff do not have any technical knowledge, or punctuality or dont know how to deal with Customers.!!
Nice experience and good dealing staff
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to troubleshoot vehicle-related technical/ECU issues. Tata vehicle after-sales service is being debated in a public forum. The service center's attitude toward customers has a direct impact on the car manufacturer. Anyway, I am pleased with the NCS Cherthala service, as well as the good dealing and approach. Thank you, Tata.
They behaved much better than other Tata service centers. But my problem was not solved. Its an EV. No options than service center. Customers want more efficient and technicians for this futuristic vehicle. Total Tata service centers in Kerala gave below average service and irresponsible.

Poor customer service.They give fake promises and will not act as per the customer requirement. There is no proper response from the sale department.we gave our altroz on April 17 th 2021 for alteration ,they said there is a delay of 2-3 weeks ,we waited for 6-8 weeks with continuous follw ups but after that they called and said "parts are not available you have to wait some time". absolutely bad customer service I would say and I'm not ready to give u a single star.
Keep it up for your service quality, no other comments everyone knows why this happend, just gentle reminder even for other delears also will face the same trouble what you are facing if they are doing semiliar what doing by NCS
Such an worst attitude ..as they know we came from TN used abusive language ..they were hodng charger in hand for more than 15 min..without charging he complains to security that they are standing simply and can go for lunch ...when asked he started using worst language and threatens how we will leave Alleppey..
