A great overall experience!! The first time we visited NCS showroom, the executive Sam walked us around answering all our questions. We were split between Grand i10 nios and Tiago, and the executives were understanding and supportive towards our decisions on checking out their competitors and happily encouraged it. Our Sales executive Shambu was always available on chat and call. Responding on time with the different models, accessories, discounted rates and so on. And finally on the delivery date, everything was on time, pleasant faces all around and one of the most welcoming experiences to the Tata family.

I booked Tata Altroz about 4 months before and wanted to deliver it this month. It was ment to deliver today (12/05/2023)at 12:30pm. Today morning they called and said they can't deliver the vehicle today as they have some pending works to do and their sales team is away. This was just informed to us 2-3hrs before the time we were ment to get the car. After all the arguments and speaking to their manager agreed to handover the key at the planned time and car in the evening. We agreed to it, handed over the key in time and got car in the evening. When we got the car, the accessories fitted (bumper crash protector)was not properly fitted and pointed it to them on the spot and the reply got was "bring it if it's coming out". It may be silly for him as he doesn't lose anything. When we buy a new car nobody wants to come back with a problem and would like to rectify everything before we get start driving. This was not a quick deal, we given them enough time and was expecting everything to be finished properly in time.

The service provided is a praise worthy effort. The customer dealings & customer care is excellent. Our customer advisor Mr. Vishnu Rajendran was spot on at every descriptive aspects of the models present as well as a throughout standard presence during every services. Overall we're more than satisfied. We truly are very happy and thankful to all the staff members present here. Thank you NCS KAYAMKULAM !

I have a bad experience from NCS kayamkulam, I gave my Tiago for service on 07/11/23 morning at 09.10 Am after prior booking service advisor told me that that day evening they will deliver my car ( as the car don't have much repair works). So I instruct him to apply under body coating to the car and he told me that you can take back your car on 08/11/23 morning by 10.00 Am. On next day 08/11/23 I got call from NCS and told me that you can get car at 05.30 PM and told me car is waiting for under coat painting after washing. Then I got a call at 03.00 PM and they told me under coat painting is not possible today because of the absence of the painter and told me you can take back car now. I reached showroom and met the service advisor and talk to him and I get my car after 1 hr without painting. My question to the NCS that you don't have backup technicians or painters . Is there only one painter available with NCS kayamkulam? My request to NCS that please give training to your employees how to dead with costumers and how to deliver product and services on time and to give better service to customers.

I had a terrible experience with NCS Tata's car service. Wiper blade had a complaint just one month after purchase of my Tiago EV .Front Suspension also complaint. the communication and service were very poor. It's clear that they lack professionalism. I won't be returning to them for any future car service needs.

Today we got our Tata Tiago. It was fabulous experience with NCS Tata. From the booking date till today the support received from the team is really remarkable. Loan assistance, registration everything was well coordinated and happened without any delay.
