Had a very good experience with Hemant ji. Being a first-time car purchaser, I had a lot of queries and I had made multiple calls and multiple visits. Hemant had been very cooperative and patiently answered all my queries with smile on his face. Thank you, Hemant ji, for this great and pleasant experience. Made purchase in Nov, yet to have first service of my car. I will keep posted on the service reviews. Reason for not giving 5 star: 1. These 4 stars are totally goes to customer service by Mr. Hemant 2. I was given car of August make in month of November 3. I had asked for number of another RTO for which I was told that I don't have to visit that RTO personally and everything will be arranged by them. I received the number plate from showroom but for RC I was later told that I had to go to RTO by myself to collect it.
The staff of mudgal motors is very good and hospitality is also good. All staff behave like a in house person. really it's a gud experience
