A couple of months ago I visited MK Motors Manipuzha just to know more about the various TATA EV models, which ended up in the purchase of my TATA NEXON EV PRIME. In fact, I was not determined to go for TATA initially. But I was swayed by their trustworthiness and was impressed the way they presented the EV concept and within no time I came to the conclusion that it is definitely a value-for-money product when compared to other EV models in the market. Special thanks to Mr. Sajeesh Kumar of MK Motors (Manipuzha) who gave me the confidence to move forward with my selection of TATA NEXON EV PRIME. Furthermore, I was not familiar with the instrument cluster of my EV and I used to make 5 to 10 calls daily during the initial days and Mr. Sajeesh without any hesitation was prompt in answering my queries over telephone, which I appreciate the most. Thanks to MK Motors and Mr. Sajeesh Kumar for making me choose TATA NEXON EV. Be in no doubt that TATA EV's will reign the EV segment in India very soon. I would therefore without any hesitation give a 5-star rating for MK Motors and wish continued success to MK Motors and their dedicated team.

I bought a tiago ev from MK Motors with registration no KL35M0316 wuth fast charger on 15 th June. Found fast charger is not working on 21 st and complained on same day,but still the problem not solved. After sail service of MK Motors is very very sub standard, and bad. They are not custmer friendly, upto sail they are very sweet, after sail very very sour.

Finally the "Dark Beast" reached to my family. Thanks TATA... For repositioning a tough off roader to a premium family car with same capabilities and priority to extreme safety with VFM... Of course to the team " M K motors" for promising the commitments from enquiry to the delivery.. Being an experience from Automotive OEM, I curiously watched the sales reps for keen tech facts, how they are presenting and stretch to tthe customer for convince and pass on the product impression to a decesion among wide choices in the market... I impressed on team even for minor detailing to a uncertain buyer who can conclude the major decision easily, it is team's real dedication....result in confidence in after sales service also.. Best wishes to MK motors and Tata, to continue succession one after one as of now... or more..to make real people's car... Thank you all....with pride..

We got an ELECTRIC EV TIAGO from here. They promoted the vehicle saying we will be able to charge the car at any TATA Showroom/ Service centre. We were travelling from Kottayam to Trivandrum, was finding it very difficult to find a working KSEB and asked most of the TATA SHOWROOMS and NO one had a fast charging points. Wasted one entire day travelling from Kottayam to Trivandrum and upon calling TATA sellers they were very rude to us and very unhelpful. I do not recommend buying an electric car here. Zero service after buying the car.

Infrastructure and mode of operations is average compared with others. But I felt better expertise in mechanical division. Nice work done. Went there for mid service for my nexon. I can feel the difference of running quality of my vehicle after the service. Normally I don't. Neat work. Cost of service is again same as every ASC charges.

Good service centre, they are handling customer very well. Well and Good servicing, over all a good experience

Customer service is better than other service providers. They know how to convince a customer about the actual expense for the vehicle. And they follow ups our reported complaints well. Recommending to other Tata customers...

Best Tata service centre. Neat and clean and also the executives are well known and they deal customers in a proper and descent way .
