I had a wiper issue for my car. I bought my car just 5months back. I replaced the wiper for 3 times and still lots of trouble. It's soo noise and not cleaning properly. I am really scared that my glass may scratch if it goes like this. I can't even drive when it is rainy due to this issue. When I called he service manager (994610998), he told they have put old wiper and can't provide new one because you are not paying for it. Why should I pay for wiper which have compliant from the first time. It not related to money. You have to focus on your customers and give they quality service. Fed up with your service. Thanks!!

It was a pleasant experience compared to their Kottayam service centre. Maybe because there is not much of a crowd. They did not have a wheel alignment facility, as it is damaged is what they informed me. Anyway, I hope you would be able to maintain this good in the coming days.
