Last week i achieved my dream to buy a electric compact xuv TaTa nexon ev max from marina motors. Marina motors and their staffs were very supportive and also give every assistance to achieve my dream vehicle. The major Tata showroom in Calicut. Staffs are really polite and are knowledgeable. Parking space and showroom size is ample enough. But they don't have enough demo vehicles at the showroom ( just look at the image attached, that massive showroom has only 2-3 cars total). I have been asked to goto a ground which is more than 15mjns away to see the demo vehicles. As a product Tata moved a lot, but in the customer experience aspect it's still far behind than the competition. Hope to see good user experiences in future.

Very bad service experience.

i am very much pleased with the service receved from marina motors. i struggeled lot to initiate charge for last monday night. i got trouble with my nexon ev for charger connnecting. Mr Hareesh he was there with me even after his office houres to rectify my issues in last monday 11pm.

I would like to give -1 for this service i have experience.worst and drastic experience ever had in automobile service.booked a nexon ev max and the promised me to deliver in 15 days and after payment they told to wait for total of 25 days as i have told it's emergency vehicle.sales staff should keep thier words.worst experience ever.poor service.not worth if the sale service is like this then what will be the after service.just think before booking here.alternative are available like rotana calicut and gokulam in kochi.which i felt was good service than this fake service

I had purchased TATA Altroz from here. Service is very pathetic if there is zero star i would have given it without any hesitation The service guy told me it would take about 3 weeks for a minor repair Please dont service the vehicle from here

I have recently bought Nexon from this Showroom and my Pre and Post sales experience was VERY HORRIBLE and I can not give single star to this vendor. The sales staff is highly unprofessional , They even don't how to behave to a customer. Sorry to drop such a comment but my experience such a horrible one.

Poor service quality, no response and no one answer phone calls. Looks like all are busy in meetings every time, but our EV vehicle is under transmission issue related service for a long time. Nothing fixed yet, God only knows when!
