I am sharing my personal experience with the dealer for purchasing a new vehicle recently, just amazing & delivered my vehicle as committed. They've improved a lot, very well behaved sale's staff and manager, communicated everything clearly. Can consider them for your new vehicle purchase ignoring the old -ve reviews.

Disappointing service and information. I have booked Punch on 12-11-21 before price hikes and Tata provided price protection also, Now I heard from sales representative that I have to pay the increased price which was not conveyed me in advance, just got the information when I asked. This shows the irresponsible dealing with the customer, continuous chasing only exists up to the booking only, after that no information if any changes.

I booked tiago in jan 22 with offer of 10k deduction in total amnt as new yr offer. So by believing it I booked the car with pradeep agent here.. After 3mnths of waiting,, tat guy said no offer now & rto charge increased so we hv to pay extra 30k fr it with a ruthless,arrogant behaviour towards us.. Totally worst customer care with very poor sales performance. No service available here so we hv to take to Kasargod if getting any repair.

Sales Experience will be good (Before you get the car ) After Sales Experience is Very Poor. Very slow in documentation process and everything. Its going to be one month till now didn't got a number plate for car. There vehicles are good but experienced staffs are not there for sales and process. And for service you should go to Kasaragod it's a drawback for kanhangad showroom. Hope KVR will extend there services.

Zero rating... Worst ever in customer relations... 1 year after one of the worst ever Car Delivery, Called the executive to renew my insurance. It was the second season of worst experiences... The executive purposefully ignored my calls twice and didn't even called back...

As a owner of tiago xz i compelled my friend to purchase Altroz. Now i have a headache with this dealer at Kanhangad. They were not servicing the customers properly.

Very bad service... if u have enough time to waste on them, you can go for it... Better go for kasargod or kannur tata showroom... This is not even worthy!!
