I felt bad experience from KVR Chandhakunnu. Service personnels were not professional to identify the oil leak problem which I had and send me without proper inspection . Finally I contacted TATA Motors customer care then after they have done thorough check up and solved the problem. Also they were charging additional jobs when we approaching them for the service which is not necessary.
Service is ok but never go for any body works or painting works. Quality is bad, arrogant approach by advisor. As i see most of the reviews are fake and even the people who works in KVR Nilambur has rated the service centre. It's better to burn fuel and go the calicut service centers than giving our valued vehicles to those pathetic body shops
Body shop work was very good and fast ,they finished my car work with in 10 days especially body shop advisor he gave me touch of trust on body work iam fully satisfied
Customer relation must be improved. Even one bad person can alter the total image of the showroom.

When I got there I got good service. I liked it very much. I will definitely come back there again. I have experienced good service from the staff. Many parts were replaced under warranty and I am very happy
I have been servicing my Tata Nexon at the Nilambur service center since its launch and I am totally satisfied with the service. All my issues were resolved promptly by the service team at minimal cost. I would recommend everyone to check out this service centre.
