Booked my Tata Altroz in September 2021 and took delivery in October 2021. . I was promised free accessories - rain guard and door guards, which weren't delivered even after a year of follow-ups. Staffs won't receive calls. Upon visiting the showroom multiple times I was told the items are unavailable and will be available in the coming days. . Finally left the hope of getting those.
