My Harrier last service vary bad experience

A minor showroom of Hyson Motors that sells and services Tata cars. The showroom and service area are of decent size. There are about ten service bays. The staff were very professional and helpful when we visited.

Today 25.06.2022 I have visited the showroom in connection with some minor repair works. Their support towards each customer is very pleasant . I totally satisfied.

Had the best of all the Tata EV charging stations I visited. Access was OK as the security attendent appeared promptly to open the chained gateway. Easy to reverse park in front of the charger. Rest room access and aminities were good.

Called them for a enquiry two times and they asked my number said their sales executive will call me back after few minutes. And nobody didn't called after two days. don't waste your time to contact them. They won't respond

Service it's ok

I got my vehicle today and is extremely happy with the customer support Hyson have provided. Especially Mr. Ragenth was very professional and has always cleared my all queries. I was made very comfortable to ask any details and had supported with things properly on time. Delivery was also given on proper committed date with out any delay. Also appreciate Mr. Rahul(Manager) for very good behavior and pleasing customer handling attitude. Highly recommend Mr. Ragenth for any of your future Tata vehicle requirements.
