Poor management, unethical workmanship and sluggish administrative staff. Manager is ill informed and lacks an appropriate managerial ability, customer has to manage everything on his own (whether to get the parts for his vehicle or the oil that is required. Workmanship will keep on complaining about the management and diabolically will ask for a tip (then what are the service charges). Not worth going to.

Fairdeal Tata motors on the main highway leading to Baramulla and Gulmarg. Not gone for service it's quite hectic to go there u ll not get slot easily however service is good whenever u get the one. Service always been an issue with tata motors formerly Tata Engineering.

Can I give negative star for this dealership. The worst kind of workshop ever seen especially the workmanship.. expensive and the worst service makes it the last workshop on earth I will ever visit. I was a loyal customer of Fairdeal ever since 2004 ,but now have changed my mind as I am not going to buy any car from tata .. especially from this dealership. This is my hexa and have 3 more cars from tata purchased and maintained at this dealership which includes a Nexion,..one NRG and a Tiago AMT for my personal use . I will suggest Tata motors to close this dealership ASAP as it's denting the image of Tata motors world over.

Hi, It has not even been a week since I bought a car from your Srinagar, J&K (Fairdeal Motors) showroom. Within this time span, I have already escalated the issue to your service center and they could not do anything about the problem. Considering that we ditched our previous cars and invested heavily in this car, it has been a nightmare. To see the car break down within 2 days is the most appalling and disappointing thing to happen. On the very second day, the power steering stopped working on its own. I am livid, I got this car for my comfort, not that I have to keep running to your workshop every now and then. I did speak to the service station and they sent someone to check. He said it was a fault with the software and got it fixed. Within half an hour, it stopped working again. Really? Never did I intend to skip work and get things done for a car which was meant to provide comfort. I checked online and there are innumerable consumers who have faced the same thing. How can so many consumers write about the steering issue and you do nothing about it? There are many car brands in the market, the only thing that drove me to get a TATA was the name, the trust and its presence. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. No wonder why my friends were so disparaging about your brand. It's been a pathetic experience with you guys. Would you ever think I would recommend anybody, NEVER! I want this replaced and I expect things to be better. Running from pillar to post, makes it worse. I would appreciate it if you could take this up hastily, and have the car replaced.

It's one of oldest and a great workshop and service outlet of TATA cars as well as commercial vehicles. Like Tata has come far in passenger car market post the launch of Tiago in 2016, the service centers have also witnessed an uplift.

Buying tata vehicle is buying a headache Technicians are totally fail there. Commitment are only made to break there. It looks like that we are traped by gamblers I am not satisfied there by anyone . Better to choose road side Technicians they may fullfill their Commitment If Tata will see my comment over here I suggest them to shut their showroom or hire all employees with a good skill.

Tata cars are not any value after purchasing.. Services are not being done by the way it means. Reparing a part should be deat with sufficient tools to repair not by any desi jugad. Mechanics are quite supportive and working with zeal but they are not being provided with good quality tools to repair a part. They way they repair a part is very unfortunate and almost damaged the main park by desi jugad.
